Norco's Best

Food/ Service

I’ve been a frequent customer of Norco’s Best for years, and the food really is great—good old-fashioned, small-town comfort food. Over the years, I was also able to help them regain control of their website and eliminate expenses they simply didn’t need to be paying.

THE STORY

Norco's Best

Norco’s Best is a great example of a business that doesn’t need to depend heavily on a website to bring customers through the door. They’ve built their reputation the old-fashioned way—with good food, loyal customers, and a strong connection to the local community.

For them, the website has a very specific job. Customers want to see the current menu, check prices, find the hours of operation, get the location, and know what to expect before they come in. It doesn’t need complicated features or an expensive system behind it. It simply needs to be clean, easy to use, accurate, and easy for the restaurant to maintain.

I’ve been a frequent customer of Norco’s Best for years, and the food really is great—good old-fashioned, small-town comfort food. Over the years, I was also able to help them regain control of their website and eliminate expenses they simply didn’t need to be paying.

One of their biggest concerns was something very practical: updating the menu. Restaurant prices change, items change, and specials change. They needed the ability to make those updates without having to depend on someone else every time something changed.

That’s really what this project represents. Not every business needs a massive website filled with features they’ll never use. Sometimes the best solution is understanding the business, understanding its customers, and building exactly what it needs.

For Norco’s Best, the website doesn’t need to sell the restaurant—the food and reputation already do that. The website just needs to make it easy for their customers to get the information they’re looking for.
